Dear TCA Friend,
First, let me apologize for being so late with this Newsletter. It's because we've been busy with-
Steiner Aviation
Steiner Aviation, Akron, OH is TCA's 4th Charter Dealer. Although a "start up" shop, owner Kevin Steiner, his wife Bev and the rest of the crew aren't new to aviation. Before starting Steiner Aviation, Kevin was the Avionics Manager at Beckett Aviation, Cleveland and brings experience and a loyal customer following. TCA assisted Steiner Aviation in acquiring shop equipment.
In addition to Steiner Aviation, TCA has been busy responding to and visiting prospective dealers across the country-the result being that an additional six dealers have made verbal commitments to join TCA! Once we reach 12 dealers, we'll pause for about six months so our Charter Dealers can help us "de-bug" our web site and smooth out procedures. Once things are smoothed out, we'll resume dealer recruitment with the goal of having 50 TCA shops on-line by this time next year.
Aviation Press Coverage of TCA
One of the reasons for the tremendous response to TCA has been the favorable "press" we've received from aviation magazines. Three articles have appeared-

- Flying Magazine, March, 2001 (Pg. 32)
Tower Contracts
TCA is presently concluding negotiations with Diversified Communications Group, Cincinnati, OH to provide installation and on-call maintenance for airline and airport tower communications systems. TCA dealers will provide the support for this contract, TCA will coordinate and DCG will provide the contracts and equipment. The first contract involves the installation of VHF Comm sets in 20 towers across the country. TCA Charter Dealer, Royal Avionics is serving as the "lead" dealer on this particular contract. Additional follow-on contracts are anticipated as the TCA/DCG relationship evolves.
Graphic Computer Solutions
TCA is pleased to announce that it has selected Graphic Computer Solutions to create the database for our web site. Graphic Computer Solutions is an established leader in the development of software solutions and packages in the law enforcement market and is expanding into other markets. It's founder, Herb Graham, is an active pilot and aircraft owner and will be personally steering the development of TCA's software needs along with TCA's Web Application Administrator, Ryan Polokoff.
One last reminder-we were able to extend our 505 Preferred Stock offering until 3/31/01. We begin our filings for an IPO beginning in April and will have to terminate all other offerings. If you want to purchase stock or add to your holdings, give me a call ASAP.
