DENNIS STOLL IS VICE PRESIDENT, TECHNICAL OPERATIONS FOR TCA

MARYSVILLE, Ohio -- Dec. 12, 2000 -- Dennis P. Stoll, vice president, technical operations for TransContinental Avionics Corp. (TCA), has over 30 years experience in the electronics and avionics industry.

TransContinental Avionics is an avionics service company which offers aircraft owners a coast-to-coast network of qualified avionics repair and installation facilities through a national chain of independently-owned and operated avionics shops all operating under the TCA service mark.

Stoll brings a strong background in retail avionics sales, repairs, and installation to TCA. He also has broad experience in computer-based management information systems. He heads all technical operations for TCA. This encompasses MIS, web site, and FAA liaison and certification.

In 1971, Stoll created a detailed business plan encompassing avionics sales, system design and repair down to the component level. This plan culminated in the formation of HAL (Higginsville Avionics Lab), Inc. It grew to be the 11th ranked volume sales dealer for King Radio Corporation which at the time enjoyed better than 80 percent penetration in the general aviation avionics market.

While continuing to successfully operate HAL, Inc., Stoll began a diversification program. From 1981 to 1984 he designed and built special tools and procedures for the efficient production of subassemblies for the emerging personal computer industry. In 1984, he founded Automated Records, a computer-based bookkeeping and consulting business.

He presently owns and operates both Automated Records and HAL, Inc., which does business as East Kansas City Avionics in Grain Valley, Missouri. East Kansas City Avionics is a member of TCA.

Prior to founding HAL, Inc., Stoll worked for AT&T Long Lines in microwave equipment maintenance and for Trans World Airlines in radio and electronics maintenance.

He is an FAA licensed repairman and a licensed private pilot.
