Services and various documentation resources are maintained for access by dealers and their customers. In addition to proprietary TCA services (such as a network-wide parts database), TCA offers standardized, administrative functions.
TCA has a database of things like products, parts and accessories so dealers can draw from other TCA dealers--keeping things "in the family."
TCA also allows dealers to provide better service to customers, since all transactions, customer and aircraft records are available to TCA dealers through a password protected web site.
The TCA system also offers prepaid order processing using credit/debit card services and selected financing plans. This gives dealers an even greater edge over the competition since, as a TCA dealer, has the TCA "sales tax" advantage. Why? Because internet sales are exempted from the collection of state sales tax. It also means that cash flow is accelerated because all orders are pre-paid with the dealer portion of the transaction electronically transferred to their bank account on the same day the customer’s order ships.
